Pinqr policies

Acceptable use policy

The trust behind a Pinqr link matters. These draft rules describe content and behavior that are not welcome on the service.

Draft updated: . This is a draft revision date, not an approved effective date.

Do not deceive or harm people

  • No phishing, credential theft, payment fraud, malware, or deceptive redirects.
  • No impersonation intended to mislead, exploit, or defraud.
  • No threats, targeted harassment, exploitation, or instructions that facilitate serious harm.

Respect systems and other people

  • Do not probe, bypass, overload, or disrupt the service or another account.
  • Do not use automated traffic, spam, or QR distribution to evade rate limits or moderation.
  • Do not publish material that unlawfully violates privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights.

Safe destinations only

Links must use supported web, email, or telephone destinations. Scripts, embedded data, local files, and other unsafe protocols are blocked. Changing a dynamic QR destination does not make an otherwise prohibited destination acceptable.

Reporting and enforcement

Visitors can use the report link on a public page or visit the abuse reporting page. We may pause an individual page or account while a report is reviewed. Repeated or severe violations may lead to continued suspension or account closure. Moderation does not itself establish a refund decision; billing and cancellation are addressed in the terms of service.

Questions and review

If you believe a page or account was paused in error, contact mayharsadik@yahoo.com. Include the affected public URL and a short explanation, but do not include passwords, authentication links, or unnecessary personal information. Enforcement standards and appeal timelines still require final legal review; this draft does not promise a particular response or reinstatement deadline.
