Pinqr policies

Terms of service

These draft terms explain how Pinqr works, including recurring billing, cancellation, and preserving content after a downgrade. Unresolved commercial terms still require approval.

Draft updated: . This is a draft revision date, not an approved effective date.

Using the service

You may use Pinqr to create public identity pages, organize safe destinations, and share permanent dynamic QR codes. You are responsible for the content you publish and for keeping your account information accurate.

Accounts and security

Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. Do not attempt to access another person's account, private data, or administrative functions.

Your content

You retain ownership of your content and responsibility for the names, biographies, images, links, and other material you submit. You give us permission to process and display that material only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service.

Content must follow our acceptable use policy.

Plans and recurring billing

Free and Pro allowances are shown in the app. The listed Pro prices are $4.99 USD per month or $49.99 USD per year. A subscription renews automatically at its selected billing interval until cancelled. Review the amount, currency, and recurring interval shown in Stripe Checkout before paying.

Stripe processes payments and provides the billing portal, invoices, and payment-method management. Paid access depends on the subscription and payment status confirmed by Stripe, not merely on returning from Checkout. A failed or overdue renewal does not guarantee continued Pro access.

Cancellation and what happens to your content

You can schedule cancellation from Dashboard → Plan using Cancel subscription or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current billing period; it does not immediately cancel a paid-through period or automatically issue a refund. You can resume a scheduled cancellation while the subscription still permits it.

After Pro access ends, Free allowances apply. Existing pages, links, and QR definitions are preserved, but items beyond those allowances can become inactive and Pro-only presentation or scheduling features no longer apply. The plan screen lets you choose eligible items to keep active. Without a selection, the service applies its default quota reconciliation.

Refunds, taxes, and unresolved commercial terms

A 30-day refund policy is being prepared, but its scope and conditions are not approved in this draft. The final policy must specify which charges qualify and how to request a refund. Tax disclosures and any future trial or price-change terms also require approval. Nothing in this draft is intended to remove rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.

For an existing charge, cancellation question, or refund request, contact mayharsadik@yahoo.com. Do not send card numbers, passwords, or sign-in links. A support request is not a promise that a refund has been approved.

Availability and permanent QR codes

A QR identifier is designed to remain stable while its destination changes. You must keep the destination page and QR active for scans to resolve. No online service can promise uninterrupted availability, so test important printed materials before a large production run.

Moderation and account closure

We may pause pages or accounts that create safety, security, or legal risk. Where appropriate, owners can contact support for review. Contact support to request account closure or a review. Unpublishing or deactivating content is not the same as permanent deletion, and deleting content does not by itself cancel a Stripe subscription. The account-removal process and retention periods still need to be finalized; this draft does not promise an automatic deletion date.
